Lemon Honey Vinaigrette

A super simple vinaigrette that elevates the humblest of greens to a delectable dish. Be sure to use a good quality olive oil!

Ingredients
1/4 cup of organic lemon juice
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lavender honey
1/4 teaspoon of lavender pepper
1/4 teaspoon of lavender salt

Whisk in a small bowl to combine! Drizzle over chilled fresh garden greens, with a sprinkle of grana padana and chopped spiced pecans.

Keeps in the fridge for a week.
