$15.00

A jar of dried lavender buds smells faintly of fields and sun through the autumn and winter months. Sprinkle it into cookies, stews, or tea, and it lifts ordinary moments into something calm and lovely. Its subtle scent drifts through the kitchen, steady and comforting. Packaged simply, it is a gift that feels true to the season. Each pinch brings the warmth of small, thoughtful acts. A little jar, yet full of seasonal charm and quiet pleasure.

Fork & Plow English Culinary Lavender is organically grown on our farm. Packed in cute little vintage reusable Weck jars. Each jar contains 1/3 cup, 8 grams by weight. We are featuring our Maillette varietal of English Culinary Lavender for it's sweet floral, citrus-y, herbaceous character with woody green undertones that pair well with both sweet and savory dishes. Mingling and nicely balancing the sweetness of fruits and the creaminess of cheeses. Try it with recipes containing lemons, oranges and honey and cream based desserts. English lavender is also at home with savory dishes, when used as an aromatic to flavor poultry, fish, lamb, pork and smoked meats.
